Do you have a brick and mortar / physical location or do you only sell online?

We currently do not have a physical storefront at the moment. This is our biggest goal for the next upcoming years is to have a physical store front. However, if you reach out to us we would be glad to set up a time to visit our showroom to try on or purchase any of our pieces. Contact us HERE. Additionally, we will be hosting several events throughout the 2022 year and will be offering our pieces at each space.

What is the difference from Sango Collections and Artist Collections?

Sango Collections are pieces designed solely by our Sango Design Studio team. Artist Collections is our collaborations with emerging artists - each collection we write an article, produce a documentary, design clothing, and host an event with each artist to collectively tell empowering stories. Each clothing piece that comes out of our Sango Collections and Artist Collections, we ensure our core values throughout the design process: Longevity, Functionality, and Comfortability.

What if I need to exchange or return something?

Sango’s Happiness Guaranteed Policy. At Sango, our priority is your happiness. We stand by our products 100%, no matter what, no questions asked. If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Send you a new pair. Whatever it takes. Just reach out to our Sango Customer Happiness Team. We’re here for you.

Do you have events? How do I become a part of your community?

Yes! We have events for each Artist Collection and we would love to have the opportunity to meet you! This year we are really focusing on curating and garnering our community as we grow as a brand. Take a look at our events page HERE and see what’s coming up next.

Do you restock on your clothing?

Unfortunately, we do not restock on our clothing. We like to only create a limited supply for a couple of reasons.

1. We do not want to contribute to mass production of clothing.

2. We like to design a piece of clothing and move forward to the next design. For the pieces that sold out immediately, we will work on a new updated design with improvements for an upcoming design.
